Jon Novell was the original co-founder and co-owner of Double J's Pizza and Subs prior to its sale in 2001. In 2003, he reacquired the restaurant, changed its name, redecorated the dining room and made changes to the menu by bringing back the original Italian recipes and adding new favorites, like Garlic Dots, Fried Beef or Cheese Ravioli and Jon's Signature Lasagna.
